Rugenia returned to the contest in Concord, Plangainer, after a 90 edition hiatus.
They returned in WV117, REBELLION giving them 7th place. Then they went on to win the next edition and grabbed another podium last edition too. Will they keep up their great run of form with "Fuego" by Alvaro?
Alvaro
Alvaro is an Achaean-Rugenian artist from the Rugenian capital Maregrad.
He studied singing and vocal pedagogy at the University of Arts in the Rugenian capital. Later, he became a teacher at a music school. He was well known through his volunteer work for the country’s LGBTQ movement and became one of the organizers of Maregrad Pride.
When he announced he'd be participating in the 122nd WorldVision Song Contest with his first single "Fuego," he became famous overnight in Rugenia.
